Kimberly Smith, 25-year-old woman from woman Columbus, Mississippi, has pleaded guilty in Lowndes County Circuit Court to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old boy.
Circuit Judge Lee Howard Howard gave Smith a 20-year suspended sentence. She also was placed on five years' probation.
According to court documents, Smith was a family friend and moved in with the boy and his mother to help them. She was living with the family at the time her sexual relationshop with the underage boy began.
