Randi L. Hayes-Manske, 31-year-old woman from East Moline, Illinois, has been arrested and accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old child.
She is charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a minor and one count of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. The charges are felonies. Predatory criminal sexual assault of a minor is a Class X felony in Illinois, punishable by a term of six to 60 years in prison.
Shawn Block, Hayes-Manske's boyfriend, is charged with two counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a minor. Both were booked into custody at the Rock Island County Jail with bond amounts set at $250,000.
