Update 06-28-2011:
According to the ninth-grader,he and Schilling became close friends during the school year. In May Schilling surprised boy by slipping an iPhone into his backpack as “a gift for making good grades on his tests.” Schilling also had been reprimanded this school year for sending inappropriate text messages to another student, but it is not known yet if she privoded him a phone too.
Later in May, Schilling were sitting on a couch in her classroom with the teen boy, watching a movie after school, according to affidavits. The boy told police he leaned over and kissed his teacher, which led to full sexual intercourse that day. In the early June, on the last day of school, a school janitor walked in on Schilling and the freshman lying together on the couch, police say. The janitor said the student fled through a side door and Schilling told her to knock next time.
Schilling and the boy first denied any relationship when school officials interviewed them but the boy returned to school later the same day and told Warnock he’d had sex with Schilling.
