Rae Mackin, 26-year-old woman from Green Bay, Wisconsin, has been arrested and is accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.

Rae MackinMackin arrested was at a home in a Bellevue mobile home court on a bench warrant Wednesday, five days after missing her Brown County Court appearance on the charge. Sheriff’s deputies said they got a tip that Rae Mackin was getting ready to flee Wisconsin. She told a court commissioner she missed the court date because of a misunderstanding of the time.

Brown County Judge Donald Zuidmulder issued a bench warrant last week and revoked her $5,000 cash bond when she failed to appear to plead in the second-degree sexual assault case.

The criminal complaint says Mackin had consensual sex with the boy as another person goaded them on. She told investigators she knew it wasn't right but she "didn't want to disappoint anyone."
